Please Note: The Fireside Restaurant will be temporarily closed on Fridays throughout lent: 3/7/25-4/18/25. The BEC will host Lenten Fish Dinners in the Grand Hall Ballroom on Fridays only between 3/7/25-4/18/25. Normal Friday Dining will resume in the Fireside Lounge on 4/25/25.

The Fireside Restaurant and Lounge specializes in “made from scratch” comfort foods from soups to entrees, along with a full service bar. Open Wednesday-Friday from 4:30pm-8:00pm. Curbside take-out of the full menu is also available.

The Fireside Restaurant offers private rooms for up to 30 guests with full-service sit-down dining. Our kitchen staff is experienced at handling special events.
